South Simcoe Minor Hockey is now accepting tournament host bids for the upcoming seasons. Associations, organizations, teams, and qualified groups interested in hosting a South Simcoe Minor Hockey–sanctioned tournament are invited to submit a detailed proposal for consideration. The SSMHA is seeking proposals from vendors/suppliers for the provision of hockey apparel and equipment for the 2026–2029 season, beginning in September 2026. This agreement will cover a three-year term, during which the successful vendor will be the exclusive supplier authorized to use the SSMHA logo on apparel and equipment. The chosen vendor will work with the SSMHA to supply items for our B, A & AA Rep teams including team apparel and gear. Congratulations to the South Simcoe Storm U12AA team on capturing the Georgina Regional Silverstick Tournament Championship! This outstanding group of athletes demonstrated dedication, determination, and exceptional teamwork, bringing their best effort to every game and earning a well-deserved victory. Congratulations to the U13AA South Simcoe Storm! The U13AA South Simcoe Storm went undefeated at the CCM Nations Cup in Detroit, capping off an incredible run with a nail-biting shootout victory in the final. The players showed outstanding effort, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament, and built unforgettable bonds both on and off the ice. A huge thank-you goes out to our enthusiastic cheer squad in the stands — your energy, spirit, and Canadian pride helped make this experience even more special. Congratulations, Storm! 

Back-to-back Champs! Fresh off their tourney win in Ottawa and straight into the Silver Stick Regional, there wasn’t much time for rest. But our U11AA South Simcoe boys showed up big.  After an early defeat, they regrouped, battled through fierce competition, and earned redemption - capturing the Silver Stick Regional Gold!   This team has just punched their ticket to Sarnia for the International Finals in January.  Congrats!
