Dress Code:

• Suits or Storm apparel
• No ripped clothing

Schedule & Team Presentations:

• Arrival: Players and coaches should arrive between 6:00 – 6:15 PM.
• Dinner: Begins at 6:30 PM.
• Team Presentations: Starting at 7:30 PM
• South Simcoe Awards: After all teams have been called up, we will present our South Simcoe Award recipients.

Dinner Information:

• Player/Rostered Bench Staff Dinner: dinner tickets are included on team statements (Players and rostered bench staff) – if you wish to add At Large or non rostered bench staff please let Shannon or Nicole know asap.
• Parents will not be permitted into the banquet hall until 7:15 – 7:30 PM, when dinner concludes. Dinner options for parents to purchase are unavailable this season due to capacity limits with seating.
