U13BB Win The First Annual Paul Dossey Tournament
The U13BB team celebrated a second Tournament Win at the First Annual Paul Dossey Memorial Tournament this weekend. With extreme pressure to perform well with the hometown watching Friday and Saturday didn't go as planned. With going 0-3 against some of Ontario's top teams the boys were defeated. Numerically they landed a spot in the semi finals against number one Flamborough Sabres. In a high energy, heart pounding game our Storm sent the Sabres home with a 5-4 win.
With a redemption game against the Durham Crusader's the boys pulled it together with amazing defense and offence to keep the Crusaders out of our zone and a 2-1 Championship win. The team Dropped a knee for Paul Dossey and representing all his hard work over the years to bring higher level hockey to South Simcoe. Way to go U13BB STORM!
