SSMHA Rep Coaching Applications are open for the U12B, U18A and U18BB 2025/26 teams! Applications will be accepted until February 28th, 2025, at midnight. South Simcoe Minor Hockey Association Members, We are excited to announce the coaching lineup for the 2025-26 season!  A sincere thank you to everyone who contributed to this process and to all applicants for their passion and commitment to our teams. The selection committee was highly impressed by the quality and enthusiasm of the candidates. Following the application process, the Board of Directors officially approved the selected coaches on Wednesday, February 12.

The South Simcoe Minor Hockey Association (SSMHA) would like to inform our membership of the recently announced Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF) Player Movement Policy. This initiative aims to provide opportunities for player development while maintaining fairness and consistency across all OHF member associations.

Congratulations to the South Simcoe U11AA Storm Team for going undefeated in the Pittsburgh Fall Classic Tournament this weekend Oct 25-27th. A weekend filled with fun, team work and they came home as Champions with a final 7-2 game!

Our U11AA South Simcoe Storm took the Championship at the Scarborough Ice Raiders Early Bird Tournament this weekend September 20-22, 2024. Amazing team work, drive and a whole lot of fun to start the season off with a bang.  Congratulations U11AA Storm!!
